Accordingly, the purported Rights / Certificates of Occupancy are thereby voided and therefore of no proprietary value. They are as follows:
2. Any person or persons who transact(s), sell(s), transfer(s), mortgage(s) or deal(s) on any of the afore-mentioned plots does so at his or their own risk. Whatever rights and interest that were assumed have by this publication been extinguished.
3. The FCT Management also seizes this opportunity to warn the PUBLIC to be wary of touts, land speculators, and racketeers with fake / forged Area council land titles, especially those from AMAC Bwari, Gwagwalada and Kuje Area Councils.
