The General Public is hereby informed that government has reduced Land Premium by 50%. The new outstanding bills are therefore ready for collection at AGIS, FCTA, Abuja. Land owners are hereby advised to settle their outstanding bills promptly.
Area Council plots and Land owners whose plots are revoked are not affected by this message.
Late payment will attract sanctions.
